Magnet Therapy
The use of electromagnetic fields to treat a variety of conditions, including circulatory problems, certain forms of arthritis, chronic pain, sleep disorders and stress.

Makko Ho
Related to Shiatsu, it influences the flow of Qi energy. Includes six exercise procedures which must be carried out with great concentration on breathing.

Mandara Massage
Carried out by two therapists who work together and combine various forms of massage into a thoroughly pleasant and relaxing treatment.

Meditation
Concentration on the "higher consciousness" and reflection. Discovery if the inner self is facilitated. Helpful in stress management and in overcoming psychological crises.

Mental Training
Exercises for improving the memory and psycho-social adaptability. Components from self-hypnosis provide new life-energy.

Modelage
A cream containing nutrient concentrates is massaged into the skin and a plaster mask is thickly spread over the body part to be treated. As the plaster dries, the skin temperature under the plaster increases. The pores open, and can now absorb the effective substances in the cream.

Moxibustion
A technique using the Chinese herb moxa which is burnt at an acupuncture point to generate heat; moxa cones or sticks are placed on or near the skin, or on the ends of the acupuncture needles to stimulate qi.

Mudpack/Bath
Thermal mudpacks or baths from fine-grained, natural sediments from the sea or sedimentary deposits provide soothing warmth. With their rich nutrient and mineral content they supply the skin with valuable substances.

Music Therapy
The treatment of maladjustment and psycho-vegetative problems using selected music. It promotes adjustment and relaxation and is used in psychotherapy.

Myolifting
Conditioning of certain muscle groups in order to firm contours and tone-up limp areas.
