Laconium
Very similar to the bio sauna.

Light Therapy
The use of filtered UV radiation for the treatment of skin and metabolism disorders. The immune system is stimulated. Light is also used in the treatment of depressive disorders.

Liquid Sound
The body floats in concentrated saltwater. The stress reducing effect is supported by coloured pulses of light and spherical music.

Lomi Lomi Massage
A rhythmical massage technique developed in Hawaii using palms, thumbs and elbows to loosen tissues and reduce tension in order to relax and rejuvenate the body.

Loofa / Loofah
The loofah sponge, a strong fibre scrub stemming from a pumpkin-like fruit, is used for exfoliation massage.

Lulur
Lulur (Javanese for skin protection) is a traditional Indonesian body treatment which includes aroma massage, peeling with herbs and spices, yoghurt packs and petal baths.

Lymph Drainage
Water can accumulate in tissue in all parts of the body, but particularly in the legs. This massage technique is designed to drain away these concentrations of water and toxins beneath the skin.
