Hamam
Turkish bath in which men and women are strictly segregated. Pools, steam baths, rest zones and a special massage technique which promises total relaxation.

Hay Bath
Warm water is poured over hay fresh from the Alps, releasing the typical aromas and promoting relaxation. In a hay bath the body is covered with hay and warm blankets. The aromatic vapours have a balancing effect on body and mind.

Healing Stones
Minerals and precious stones which, as a result of their colours and vibrations, can cause measurable chemical reactions. High energy stones produce a particular harmonising effect on chakras.

Hot Stone Massage
Flat, egg-sized stones in the therapist's hands reinforce the effect of the massage. Reflex paths are influenced by the pressure of the warm, perfectly formed stones.

Hot Stone Therapy
Stones which store heat for a long time are placed on specific points along the body meridians. Their weight and warmth regulate the flow of energy in the body.

Hydro Oasis
Massage bath with coloured light effects which are controlled by music. The sensation of warmth and lightness is aided by the use of integrated body packs.

Hydro-Jet Massage
The body is massaged by waves and jets of water in a large tub.
