Feng-Shui
The ancient science of balancing the elements within the environment in which we live. The goal is to achieve an undisturbed flow of energy. Well-being can only occur when this balance is properly implemented.

Fitarium
General relaxation, guided by an accompanying voice, is achieved using colours and music together with aromatic vapours and warm showers.

Five Tibetans
Seemingly minimalist exercises which take up little time. The most important muscle groups are flexed and then relaxed again in a controlled manner causing a noticeable effect on fitness and relaxation.

Floating Bath
The high concentration of salt supports the body's weight and gives the feeling of being aloof and floating. Used alone or as a supplementary treatment to the liquid sound application.

Flower Baths
Selected flower petals are strewn over pleasantly warm water for a stimulating or relaxing effect. Used alone or as part of a complete therapy (e.g. Lulur).
