Balancing
The ultimate goal of all wellness activities. Achieved by finding the balance between stress and rest to the advantage of the 'middle'.

Bio Sauna
Comfortable temperatures of 40-55°C provide a pleasant climate which causes no stress for the body. Often combined with essential oils, or the use of colours to relax or stimulate.

Biofeedback
The use of special machines to recognize and gain control of involuntary body processes by using visual and auditory cues. Muscle control, blood pressure, and relaxation can be regulated using biofeedback.

Body Wrapping
Body pack with rich, nutrient substances or crèmes. Heat and humidity make the skin particularly absorptive to active substances.

Breathing Therapy
Breathing is the basis of life itself and its regulation is a prerequisite for various relaxation techniques. Only when all of the body's systems are adequately supplied with oxygen is the whole of the organism activated.
